Shipping & Handling

Worldwide shipping and handling is carried out by HTP Services LLC from its warehouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Most orders will be sent via the US Postal Service using their flat rate Priority Mail (estimated 2 day delivery) and flat rate International Mail (estimated 6 to 10 day delivery) services. Orders are normally processed within 2 business days.

Within the USA and Canada

Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Free Shipping & Handling on all Books and Accessories shipped to destinations within the USA and Canada.

Commercial/Retail & Special Sales in the USA and Canada is as follows:

We offer a special shipping arrangement for Soft Cover (Billingual) books, whereby we provide free shipping for units of 8 books in a single package.

World Wide

Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Sales to destinations outside the USA and Canada may incur additional shipping charges. The following pricing is a general rule and may be subject to change, please check your order prior to confirming it for actual pricing.

Commercial/Retail & Special Sales: For all countries outside of the USA and Canada, the cost of shipping is dependent on order size and mix of product. We offer free world-wide shipping on Hard Cover books if ordered in units of 13, and free world-wide shipping on Soft Cover books ordered in units of 8. If books are not ordered in unit sizes we will provide you with a shipping quote prior to order confirmation.

Counter Displays

For the USA and Canada, larger commercial orders will include at least one Counter Display Unit as follows:

Each Counter Display Unit includes a FREE Happy Poster for in-store advertising purposes.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

For defective and/or damaged goods:

Please notify us upon receipt of your order by fax or email. If possible, please include a photo of the item(s) in question showing the defect or damage. Claims for defective and/or damaged goods must be made within 20 days from the date of sale. Ensure you include your contact information, preferably a valid email address.

We will confirm if your request to return goods has been accepted within two working days.

Only after you have received confirmation should you then send the goods back to the designated return address. Ensure you include the original invoice and a copy of any return shipping costs.

For general returns:

You must notify us in writing within 45 days from the date of sale that you wish to return goods. Ensure you include your contact information, preferably a valid email address.

We will confirm if your request to return goods has been accepted within two working days.

Only after you have received confirmation should you then send the goods back to the designated return address - we do not pay for return shipping. Make sure you include the original invoice and that all returned goods are in their original unblemished condition, goods returned damaged may not receive full refund value.

Order Cancellations

If you have somehow purchased in error, you must contact us immediately to prevent your order from being confirmed and shipped. If an order is shipped prior to your contacting us to cancel, it will be dealt with as a general return (described above).

Refunds

Refunds on returned or cancelled orders may be subject to a $5 processing fee in addition to other adjustments depending on the condition of returned goods.
